Rowan's Office Assistant, reporting to the Chief of Staff, will be responsible for managing daily operations to ensure a productive workplace, handling tasks from mail sorting and office supply management to coordinating office maintenance and planning, support, and/or coordinating events located at the Corporate office.
The Office Assistant will work closely with the Chief of Staff, they will address issues promptly and assist in enhancing operational efficiency.
What you'll do:
Ensure the office is open Monday through Friday at 9:
00am Manage daily office operations and maintain a productive workplace in line with executive leadership standards.
Handle mail efficiently, checking and sorting on each day in the office, giving precedence to urgent items and ensuring they are routed to the appropriate member of the team; unknown items should be directed to Chief of Staff for support in determining proper distribution.
Coordinate office cleaning and maintenance services, addressing issues promptly.
Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies, keeping them fully-stocked and organized within budget.
Assist in organizing and facilitating large meetings and office events.
Oversee maintenance and service schedules for third-party office services.
Partner with the Chief of Staff on additional tasks to enhance the office environment and operational efficiency.
What you bring to the table:
2-3 years of experience in providing administrative support in a corporate setting and interacting with managers of all levels, including C-Suite Availability to work 9AM until approximately 1PM Monday thru Friday; punctuality is of utmost importance Highly organized with an eye for details Strong verbal and written skills The ability to multitask and adapt swiftly to evolving business requirements A high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive approach A commitment to excellence in customer service and team engagement Eager to work for a fast-growing brand and contribute to future success Compensation:
This is a part-time, hourly position, compensated at $18-24/hr depending on experience.
