Require all members entering the pool to provide their audit number and take or check if they have a photo in our system.
Greet all members and guests before they enter the pool, check them into the system, and, if necessary, charge any guest-related fees.
Be the resource of information for all members, including the accurate knowledge of beach grill hours, tiki bar hours, swim team meets information, pool hours, locker information, pool merchandise, and any events held at the club.
Monitor the clothing/footwear requirements of people entering and leaving the pool.
Inform the member, if necessary, to put on shoes, a shirt, or a cover-up.
Job
Summary:
To properly check in, bill members and guests, and be a friendly source of information and communication at the pool.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Job Tasks/Duties:
Friendly & welcoming to all members/guests entering the pool.
Require all members entering the pool to have a photo in the computer check-in system.
Stop each member/guest entering and check them in using the computer check-in system.
Charge all guests entering the pool (must be with a member) a guest fee.
Inform accounting of any caretaker not in the system so they can be billed.
Learn member's names and greet them by name during check-in.
Help and assist any member with their pool locker.
Be knowledgeable about the events taking place at the pool and at the club.
Charge any member for the purchase of all merchandise.
Inform any member/guest leaving without shoes that they must have shoes on before leaving the bathhouse.
Inform any member/guest leaving who is in a bathing suit that they must have a cover-up or shirt, and no pool guest can leave the pool house without a shirt or coverup.
Inform the Accounting Department of any new lockers sold so they can be properly entered into the system and billed.
Inform maintenance about all maintenance issues within the bathhouse, such as issues or concerns about the restrooms, showers, and pool alarms.
At the end of the day, all cabinets must be locked, and all computers shut down.
Pool book and keys must be brought to the front desk at the close of day.
If any member refuses a picture or has a major issue, you must get their name and audit number so the general manager can reach out to them.
The men's and ladies' locker rooms are only for members or guests aged 18+.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the men's or ladies' locker room.
Please guide all guests under the age of 18 to additional restrooms throughout the bathhouse.
Keep the workspace clean and organized.
Education and
Experience:
Minimum Junior in High School.
Licenses and Special Requirements:

Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.
Must be able to handle hot and cold interior and outdoor conditions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
